We want you to feel completely confident in your Aura & Oak experience.

30-day returns

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened supplements unless faulty.

How to return

Email info@auraandoak.co.uk with your order number to begin a return. Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can put it right.
